Through the use of the Receipt Number field, a receipt number will be applied to each submission on your SeamlessDoc. This gives your user a way of being able to reference their submission to confirm that it was received.

To set up a Receipt Number: 

Drag and drop the Receipt Number field onto your form. Once you do this, a pop up will appear. You will then be able to customize the various fields. 

Make sure to choose a Field Label for this field for better reporting in your Submission Manager and to customize how your number will be reported.
