How to Copy Your Form or Save as a Template

Saving your form as a template is a great way to duplicate your document to back up or edit without affecting the original.

To duplicate your form or save as a template

  1. From within your Forms Manager choose the document you wish to duplicate.

  2. . Select File then Save As a Template.

  3. You will then be prompted to choose a Template Name, Collection and Description. If there is no collection that you would like to add your template to, then you can create a new collection. 

4. Select Save and your new template will be added to your gallery.
