Did you know that you can restrict who can submit your forms by requiring them to log-in before completing the form?

If your organization has Active Directory integration with GovOS Studio set up, you can restrict who has access to the Live View of your forms since you will control the user management. This means that users will not be allowed to access and submit a form unless they log in first.

To restrict access for any registered user:

  1. From the Edit view of the form, click Settings and then choose Permissions from the drop-down menu.

  2. Once in the Permission Modal, toggle on Require User Login

  3. You will also want to turn on Allow Visitor Registration to allow anyone to register and log-in to complete the form. If you want to only allow users you have created or managed then go to the next section.

  4. Click Update

To restrict access through Active Directory or only previously registered users:

  1. From the Edit view of the form, click Settings and then choose Permissions from the drop-down menu.

  2.  Once in the Permission Modal, toggle on Require User Login

  3. You will also want to turn off Allow Visitor Registration to ensure that only users in your account can log-in.

  4. Click Update
