Whenever a citizen is paying a fee they always appreciate a breakdown of exactly what they are paying. In many cases you will want to charge a Convenience Fee in order to cover the costs of processing or any fees incurred by your Payment Provider and this will allow you to describe that Convenience Fee that you are adding.

After you've turned on the Convenience Fee you can then add a Custom Fee Name to add more clarity to the end user as to exactly what the charge is:

This label will appear to them while they are making their payment and also on their final receipt.
