The Portals Manager (Service Center) allows you to create your own customizable online service for your forms. Through the use of portal pages, you can make select forms and folders readily available to users in your Portals Manager. You can even create multiple Portals Manager for your internal and external users.
To begin customizing your Portals Manager:
Select the Forms Management tab in the drop down menu that will appear beneath your name. Once on the Forms Management page, select the cog on the left side of My SeamlessDocs.
From here you’ll be able to customize the message, header image, and logo for your Portals Manager. You can even upload your own images to be used as your icon or background image.
Once you’ve customized the appearance of your Portals Manager, it’s important that you go to the Sub-Folders tab and turn on Show Sub-Folders. In order to have your portal pages and forms publicly available, you will need to have this turned on.
Once you have customized the appearance of your Portals Manager, you can start setting up which portal pages you’d like to be shown.
