Saving your form as a template is a great way to duplicate your document to back up or edit without affecting the original.

To duplicate your form or save as a template

  1. From within your Lobby choose the document you wish to duplicate.
  2. . Select File then Save As a Template.
  3. You will then be prompted to choose a Template Name, Collection and Description. If there is no collection that you would like to add your template to, then you can create a new collection. 

4. Select Save and your new template will be added to your gallery. 

NOTE: Once you have added your template to your template gallery, it cannot be deleted or renamed. If you end up creating multiples of the same template, we recommend that you add either a number or a date to the end of them to keep track of the version.
