Whenever you first create any type of form it will first be added to your MySeamlessDocs folder. This is a shared place for all new forms and since it is a shared place it's best to organize your forms into folders so that they will be easy to find by other users.

In order to move a form you will want to click on the Icon to the left of the form, a green icon for Web Forms and a blue icon for Docs (uploaded PDFs) and then hold and drag that form into the folder you would like:
