Once you have the Wizard enabled on your form, you will see a lightning bolt next to the form name. See example below:

You will double click your form (from the Forms Manager) to bring you to the edit view of the Wizard. Once you are in the edit view of the Wizard, you will go to the View tab and select Edit Doc.

Once in the Edit Doc view, you will click on the Add Ons tab and select Disable Wizard.
