Where to Restore Your Form
If you have previously archived a form, you will be able to access it by going to your Forms Manager and clicking on the “Archive” Folder (last folder option).
How to Restore Your Form
You can then select the form you archived and click on the Restore icon, located in the upper right corner.
Please note that you will not be able to restore any forms that you have deleted (trash can icon in the archive folder).
