Quick Filters allow you to quickly see certain forms and submissions based on your relationship to them.

For example, if you want to quickly see all forms and submissions that you've submitted in the past, you can click the Submitted filter to see a list of those forms and submissions.

Types of Quick Filters

There are currently five filters, including Submitted, Drafts, Shared with Me, Assigned to Me, and All.

All

The All filter displays all forms and submissions visible to a user. For internal users, this is also an easy way to bypass the folder structure.

Submitted

The Submitted filter displays all past submissions that a user has made while logged in.

Incomplete*

The Incomplete filter displays any incomplete submissions that the user has saved to finish later.  From this view, they can also continue the process to complete and submit their form.

Shared with Me

The Shared with Me filter displays all submissions that have been shared with a user using our Sharing feature.

Assigned to Me**

The Assigned to Me filter displays all submissions that have been assigned to a user using the Assignments feature.

Signed by Me

This will show you all of the submissions where you've signed using the email address of the user you are logged in with.
